For simple, straightforward orders, utilize our EZ program to streamline your custom apparel ordering process. For custom orders or “One print fits all” inquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. We’re here to ensure your unique needs are met with precision and efficiency.
For simple orders, please expect a processing time of approximately 7-10 business days from the approval of artwork and receipt of deposit*. However, for items that are out of stock or require special orders, additional time may be needed to accommodate shipping timeframes. Additionally, some print jobs may require extra processes, which will necessitate more time for completion. Please note that any changes to artwork or orders will delay the production process.
We provide shipping options through UPS, USPS, and local pick-up. Additionally, we accommodate special requests for FedEx shipping. For larger orders, we offer a messenger service within New York City and most of the New Jersey area.
As a courtesy, we would like to inform you that all custom-made items are unreturnable unless they are proven to be defective.
