    • Custom-made items are eligible for return or exchange only in cases of manufacturing defects, errors in customization, or discrepancies with the order specifications provided by the customer.
    • Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or errors in customization may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by our customer service team.
  2.  Notification and Timeframe:
    •  Customers must notify us of any issues with their custom-made uniforms within 10 days of receiving the order.
    • Notification can be made by contacting via email and providing relevant details and supporting documentation, such as photos of the issue.
  3. Return Process:
    • Once the return request is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) for inspection.
    • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  4. Inspection and Resolution:
    • Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify the reported issue(s).
    • If the return is approved, customers may choose to receive a refund, exchange for a replacement item, or store credit, depending on their preference and availability of stock.
    • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Due to the customized nature of our products, items that have been personalized or modified according to the customer’s specifications are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error in customization.

    • In cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error in customization, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit, as per the customer’s preference.
